The musky version of a clean shirt smell
When you smell Pour Monsieur, the first thing you often notice is a really smooth, clean citrus. Something like lemon or neroli, but not sharp or zesty. It's blended really nicely. Then, things get a bit warmer and woodier. There's definitely a noticeable cedar note, which gives it that crisp, almost pressed linen kind of feel. But what makes it more than just a simple clean scent is the base. It's got vanilla and sometimes feels a bit musky or has a creamy touch from ingredients like sandalwood. It smells undeniably fresh and clean, but there's a comfortable, slightly sensual depth to it that keeps it from being boring or just soapy. It feels very put-together and mature, but not old-fashioned in a heavy way. For an EDP, the performance is solid.
