How do I pay?
You can pay either online or over the phone. We accept payment in United Kingdom Pounds (£), Euro (€), United States Dollars ($), Canada Dollars ($), Australia Dollars (AU$), Israel New Shekels (₪), China Yuan Renminbi (¥), Denmark Kroner (kr), Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) & Czech Koruna (Kč).
For payments made in GBP we accept: Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and MasterCard. For all other payments we accept: Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, MasterCard and Alipay.
We also accept payment through PayPal for GBP, Euro and US Dollars.

What about VAT / sales taxes and duties?
Don't worry, sales taxes & import VAT on orders dispatched to the European Union are all pre-paid by us via the postal service. You can shop with confidence at allbeauty.com knowing that the price you see is the price you pay.
Please note: We have no control over taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.
What about P&P?
We deliver anywhere in the world, FREE delivery is available on your order - full details can be found on the delivery page for your chosen country. Our FREE option may not be available for larger orders or orders containing particularly heavy items. Orders of two or more items may be dispatched separately. Why is there a minimum charge for orders to qualify for FREE UK Delivery?
Certain less expensive items we stock, can be subject to large postal charges in comparison to their value. Rather than putting up our prices, we thought it made sense to continue to offer you these great bargains, with the option of either making a small payment for postage, or including these cheaper items as part of a larger order, in order to get FREE UK post.
Why can’t I order Perfumes, Aftershaves, Nail Varnish or Aerosols to certain delivery countries?
Due to international aviation regulations, certain beauty products are considered too hazardous to be sent by air. This means we are not able to offer all of our products for delivery to every destination. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused. How can I track my order?
When you use one of our tracked delivery services, we’ll automatically send you an email with your tracking number, and the address for the courier company’s tracking website, as soon as we dispatch your order. Follow the simple instructions to keep tabs on your order every step of the way.
How long will it take to receive my order?
At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 8 business days for Tracked 48 Delivery, 12 business days for Western Europe and 20 business days for the Rest of The World.
What about UK Express Delivery?
We offer 2 UK express delivery services:
DPD Next Day Delivery costs £4.95 and offers advanced tracking options. DPD Next Day Delivery Orders placed by 1pm Sunday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day, Orders received after 1pm Thursday through to Midday Sunday will be delivered on a Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). A variety of alternative delivery options can also be accessed via DPD email notifications or via the DPD mobile App (which can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play Store). Here you will have automatic access to the DPD 'Follow My Parcel' service, which provides live tracking of your parcel including driver location and parcel position in the queue. When the driver is close you will be given a 15 minute delivery window so that you can receive the delivery or if necessary make alternative delivery requirements. Postcode exceptions are: Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man (2 Working Days), Scottish Highlands (2 Working Days) - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, Scottish Islands (2-5 Working Days) - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, Scilly Isles (2-5 Working Days) - TR21 - 25
Royal Mail Special Delivery costs £5.95 and is a fully tracked delivery service. Royal Mail Special Delivery Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm the next day. Orders received before 3pm on a Friday may be received on the Saturday, however Royal Mail only guarantee delivery by 1pm on a Monday for orders dispatched on a Friday. Please note that a signature is required on receipt.
What is your returns policy?
Please package your product(s) securely in the original packaging. You will also need to include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). This will enable us to refund the correct account.

For International Customers, we are unable at this time to offer a freepost address for returns. Delivery charges incurred will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials include:aerosol items, items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, some alcohol based items and items that contain contents under pressure.
We always recommend obtaining a dated proof of postage receipt when posting, and retaining this until we confirm we have received your parcel. These receipts are also available from all Post Office counters.
Do you ever run out of popular product lines?
Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 72 hours of the receipt of your order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of the order. If you would like to be emailed when a particular product comes back into stock please contact us with the product details.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order after the time periods outlined in “How long will it take to receive my order?” please contact us and we will do all we can to help.
Do you do wholesale?
allbeauty is an online retailer which is set up to sell directly to Customers and is not a wholesaler.
How can I get information on special offers and Voucher Codes?
You can be kept up to date with our special offers and any Voucher Codes that we may be running by opting into receiving our e-newsletter and emails. You can do this by logging into your account page and selecting Contact Details & Billing Address under My Details. At the bottom of your details is an option to be included in our special deals.
Do I have to register to make an order?
As an internet company, we do request that you register with us and place your orders online. However, we appreciate not all of our Customers have email addresses set up (Required for registration), and as such we do facilitate telephone orders up to the value of £50.00. Please contact us for further information.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, simply login to your account, select Login Details under My Details and type in your new password as directed.
How do I know your website is secure?
Security is extremely important to us, our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.
For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Adyen which means that we don't hold records of your credit card details.
Can you take me off your mailing list?
If you no longer wish to be kept up to date with our special offers and any Voucher Codes, you can remove yourself from our mailing lists by logging into your account page and selecting Contact Details & Billing Address under My Details. At the bottom of your details is an option for you to be included or excluded from any correspondence.

How do I have my Voucher(s) emailed to the recipient?
Simply enter (and then confirm) the email address of the lucky recipient and we will automatically send out their Voucher(s) when you complete the checkout process.
How do I open/print a PDF document?
Easy, you can download Acrobat Reader from Adobe free of charge! Click here to visit the Acrobat Reader website.
Do I have to print my Vouchers?
Only if you want to! You can redeem any Voucher using the unique code printed at the base. You can read this from the screen without ever needing to print out your Vouchers.
How do I sign up to Mybeauty?
You don’t have to! You will be automatically enrolled into Mybeauty when you create an account with allbeauty.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned by making purchases at allbeauty. For every £1 you spend, you will earn 1 Mybeauty point. When you have earned 100 points, you will have £1 to spend.
How do I spend points?
Mybeauty points can be used to make payment on purchases in the same way you would spend your currency. There is an option at checkout where you can choose to spend your points.
Can I spend both points and currency in one transaction?
Yes, payment can be made using both points and currency in the same transaction. There is an option at checkout where you can choose to split your payment between points and currency.
How do I check my Mybeauty points balance?
When you are logged in, you will be able to go to ‘My Account’ and check your points balance by clicking on ‘Mybeauty Points’.
Can I earn points on all brands and products?
Yes, there are no brand or product exclusions.
Can I earn points on transactions I make spending existing points?
Yes, if you make a payment using your Mybeauty points, you will still qualify for points on that transaction.
How soon can I use my points after earning them?
Points will post to your Mybeauty account once your entire order has been dispatched, subject to processing timeframes and/or website maintenance.
What happens if I return an item?
If an item is returned, points will be deducted from your Mybeauty account. This may result in a negative points balance.
If I bought a product using my points, can I still exchange or receive a refund?
Yes. If you make a payment for a product using your points, you will still be able to exchange the products.
If you require a refund, the points will be refunded to your Mybeauty account.
Are there any exceptions to earning points? (gift wrap, shipping & gift vouchers)
Mybeauty points cannot be earned on gift wrap, gift vouchers or delivery. There are no other exceptions.
When will my points expire?
Your Mybeauty points balance will reset every 13 months.
What if I don’t purchase in GBP currency?
All Mybeauty Points are based on GBP value. Your local currency spend will be converted to GBP and points awarded based on this. The value of your points and what you have to spend will also be in GBP and vouchers will be worth the equivalent in your local currency.

Yes we do, you can give your friends 10% off when they place their first order with allbeauty. And to say thanks we’ll give you 10% off your next order for each friend who purchases for the first time.
