5Been using this product for about 20 years and have never come across a good alternative despite wasting large sums of money on other brands which didn't deliver. Some things are so good they simply beat other brands hands down. This mascara is simply brilliant. It gives great lashes with one or two coats, is water resistant and removes easily. Fabulous!

5Quite simply, this is the best mascara on the market. I have been using this for years and despite trying all the other premium brands, I always return to this and wonder why on earth I bothered trying anything else!!

5Having used every mascara on the planet, waterproof, smudge proof, tear proof, you name it, for over 40, yes 40 years (!), ranging in price from 99 pence to over £40, with promises I will not look like a panda... Kanebo has proved to be the ONLY one to date that stays on my lashes and doesn't result in the proverbial half moon smudges under my eyes. I discovered it about 13 years ago. The downside was it was hard to get locally and had to be mail order from Harrods. Now still buying online but readily available. Love it. Can't fault it. Best ever. And so easy to remove. Yes it might be something to do with myskin and not the products I've used but this works for me!!

5Used this mascara for years. It is, quite simply, the best mascara ever! One coat gives a natural look but it’s buildable and two or three coats gives heavier coverage, ideal for evening! It doesn’t irritate my eyes and it stays on without smudging or flaking and us easily removed with warm water. I’ve swum in it and sat in a hot tub without it shifting.

4I haven't used this product without the undercoat. Together they are great at lengthening and separating my lashes I've been using for a couple of months now and my lower lashes which were really short, are improving. There is no wearing off with this product, once on it stays there until you soak cotton pads in hot water and place them over your eyes for a few minutes - has to be 38 degrees or over to remove. Only 4 stars because to buy this and the undercoat together is really expensive, plus I use it every day and by the end of the month it is too clumpy and I need to buy new.
