3Well I won't be buying this again. Iv got medium to long hair and this will only do me 2 treatments. Also the nozzle on the end was way too tiny I was having to squeeze the bottle to get anything out by the time id done half of my head the first part started drying again and it says to saturate your hair. I ended up cutting the end of the bottle off to get a reasonable amount out in order to saturate my hair before it started drying. Used with no 3 and didn't notice any difference in my hair compared to usual routine.

5First time Ive purchased no 0 have to say it did add a little extra something in conjunction with number 3 so was definitely worthwhile. Hair does feel more resilient and ends less dry.
